As the climate crisis intensifies, questions arise about future dietary and cultural shifts. How will we incorporate insects, fungi, and algae into our diets? How will 'heritage seeds' help restore ecological balance?

​

In this work, there are two interactive pieces. A dining table which displays ceramic dishes with projected dishes video, accompanied by the sound of cooking those dishes, titled 'The Feast.'

 

The second piece, 'So Forth,' is an interactive video showcasing the life cycle of mushrooms, bugs, and molecules, which decay and assemble upon hand interaction with a ceramic wheel dish.
